Creating buyer personas is the foremost step in your digital marketing plan for any business.

Actually talking to customers, hearing their pain points, and figuring out how your product fits into their lives give you lot of insights about the users.You can do this through surveys, focus groups, or interviews or calling your existing customers.

3. Identify Your Customer’s Needs

4. Build Your Buyer Persona Profiles

After finding your customers’ needs, its time to develop personas taking into consideration all of the information above. Its better to build as many as profiles for your business. A sample persona profile can have the following:

  • Location
  • Age
  • Gender
  • Interests
  • Job Title
  • Income
  • Language
  • Education Level
  • Relationship Status
  • Buying Motivation
  • Pain Points
